for us to provide services related to your TML service account. Examples of

and troubleshooting purposes. Service & Performance Information is
generally linked to or associated with your Account Information.

web servers when you become a registered user of, or visit, our TextMeLater.com
website. If you are a customer or register on our website to access your TML
account, we may collect information that you provide us (including your email

are a TML customer or register on our TextMeLater.com website, we may collect
information about visitors to our TML website as follows:

as part of a sale or assignment of all or a part of our business. TML may also

operational or other similar services for TML. Whenever reasonably possible
we will require any recipient of Customer Information for these purposes to
agree in writing to hold the information in confidence, to use the information
only for the permitted purpose, and to return or destroy the information when
the services are completed.
We may share with
third parties certain pieces of non-personally identifiable information and
aggregated non-personally identifiable information, for example, the number of
customers located in a certain geographic area or how TML’s services are being
used by our customers. Such information will not identify you individually.

Opting Out of
Marketing Communications
TML may periodically
send you messages via e-mail, text (SMS) or traditional postal mail
about services that we think may be of interest to you.
You can choose not to
receive marketing messages promoting TML or third party products or services
from us and third parties in the future by:

put “Opt Out” in the subject line;

Following the
“unsubscribe” instructions located near the bottom of any e-mails received; or
If you are a current
Customer, please include your name, customer # and phone number in the body of
your e-mail or letter.
Upon receipt of your opt-out request, TML will take the required actions within
a reasonable period of time; however, we cannot and do not guarantee that such
removal will be effective immediately.

We maintain Customer
Information about you for as long as we provide TML services to you, and longer
for related business activities.

How we protect the
security of Customer Information
We take reasonable
steps to protect Customer Information by using security technologies and
procedures that limit access to our databases. However, no system is completely
secure or error-free. We do not, and cannot, guarantee the complete security of
Customer Information.

Online credit card
transactions
We protect the
security of credit card transactions on the Internet by using a secure,
encrypted Web server. We maintain credit card information collected during
transactions in a secure database for fraud prevention and accounting and
billing purposes. Stored information from credit card transactions is not
released to third parties except in response to a subpoena or court order. We
follow credit card collection and storage requirements as described by the PCI
Data Security Standards.

A Special Note for
Parents Concerning Privacy
This website is not
directed to children and we do not encourage children to participate in
providing us with any personally identifiable information. If we learn
that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will
delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we

TML shares Customer

that this Policy has been updated and may take additional reasonable steps to
